There really is simply nobody that can take his place. I always appreciated his authenticity!

I know... it was so sad without him. His son did a great job, though. I did miss Tim so much.

I missed his enthusiasm for the process and the country. Nobody did it better.

Megan already said it but Luke did very well. I'm sure Tim was busting with pride telling all the other angels.

I'm totally with you, I missed him too.

I don't even know who Tim Russert is, but hey, Obama won and I have a video of my dog and the UPS truck at my blog!

Totally.

And why did I cry when his son, Luke represented?

Aww. I missed Tim, too.

And as a personal note, I'm deeply terrified of working so hard that I one day keel over in my office. But then I realize that I'm lazy and that that won't ever happen.

We miss you, Tim!

Yes to everything.

We need to figure out where we go from here on Prop 8. This can't be the end.

It was so poignant that Luke was there.

I truly missed Tim this whole election season, and especially last night.

I stumbled upon your blog today, have been reading a bit, and have decided that I'd like to stay, if that's okay with you. I'm exhausted from dealing with other people's opinions this year, so I enjoy reading someone else's perspective that is just like mine!

I agree... I thought the same thing last night! Where's the white board?! Can Tom Brokaw really stay up this late?! :) But Luke doing his thing, he was cute, he sounded good, it was nice to feel his Dad with us in him! Think he's going into the world of television???

YAY!!! Very proud of you all!!

Too bad about Prop 8! I keep forgetting that 'the land of the free' isn't really that free!
